The Mushroom and Swiss Hit-Or-Miss Omelette

In the omelette, we put rosemary, sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and caramelized onion. And eggs.

Daddy named it the Mushroom and Swiss Hit-or-Miss because some people like onions and mushrooms and some people don't. Mom, Ollie, and I loved the omelette, but Dad was not a very big fan of it.

  1. Those ingredients sound like a perfect combination. I'd like to see more description of how you make your omelettes, like how you caramelized your onions, and whether you grated the cheese or not, and whether you used butter or oil in the pan. Since you are the chef, we all want to learn from YOU!
