Grandaddy and Grandma Donna Love My Marvelous Omelettes!

Since we are moving to England in a couple of weeks, my Grandaddy and Grandma Donna came down from Tennessee to visit us. It was great! The omelette turned out really good and so they named it Merrit's Marvelous Omelette.

Eggs get whisked with a fork because that's how I like to do it.

Today's omelette's ingredients are: Ham,
artichoke hearts, white cheddar cheese, and eggs.

You have to evenly spread your ingredients into
the omelette because if you don't it's going to just
taste bad in the one spot.

Mommy made hash browns.

Ollie loves Grandaddy. He's wearing his hat.

This is Grandaddy and Ollie. Ollie is going to
whack the table with that spoon!

Everyone's plate is empty. Breakfast was delicious!

The Peacemaker

Daddy decided to name this omelette The Peacemaker because the ingredients don't look like they go together, but when you eat them, they do. The ingredients are artichoke hearts, grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, salsa, and dill.  And eggs.

I was so hungry today that I almost didn't have enough energy make the omelettes. I was like, "Gimme some cheddar! Gimme some cheddar!" when I was grating the cheese. And I could not wait for those omelettes to be done. When they were finally done, I dove in. So did Ollie and Mom and Dad.

We spilled some egg down the front of the stove and onto the floor, but my cat Skippy licked it up.

Cheesy Bacon Heart Omelette

My family and I do Sunday morning omelettes for fun. Today, we put artichoke hearts, bacon, definitely eggs, herbs, and a slice of provolone cheese.

I liked this omelette because we had so many ingredients in it. Mostly the provolone cheese made it good.
