What we put in the omelette was diced green chiles, shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, and we put herbs in--like we always do. My dad called it The Chiles-and-Cheese-with-Needs because it had chiles and cheese in it but he said, "It needs something else. Maybe bacon."

We poured the chiles into a strainer to get all of the juice out. |
The herbs we used were parsley and chives. |
When we put in the cheese, I saw that we had more than we needed, so I ate some. These are the cheeses that we used. |

The omelette. |
We put the omelettes on the plates so that we could make the other ones. We put the plates in the microwave so they stayed hot. |

You are The Omelette King! The way I see it, if you can make an omelette, you'll always be able to feed yourself something good. And feed your family and friends good stuff, too. Your recipes are so good I can taste them. Almost.
