The Thanksgiving Omelette

Dad said, "I'm calling this the Thanksgiving Omelette. That way, I only have to eat it once a year."

I made this omelette with turkey, stuffing, and Parmesan cheese. And on the side, we had cranberry sauce. On top of the omelette, there was dill. [Mom's note: The stuffing is our favorite Thanksgiving stuffing; it has cornbread, shrimp, green chiles, carrots, celery, onions, and cilantro in it.]

The stuffing, the turkey, the eggs, and the Parmesan cheese.

We're just about to flip this omelette.

Skippy is thinking, "I need to get outa here."
